The Nursing Minimum Data Set (NMDS) is a classification system which allows for the standardized collection of essential nursing data. The collected data are meant to provide an accurate description of the nursing process used when providing nursing care. The Nursing minimum is a standardized system of work that allows you to quickly find the problem of care, the intervention to be performed with the possibility of using measures to control the actual success of the intervention.
